Greater Portland is lucky to have over 70 miles of public trails, beautifully maintained by Portland Trails<\/a>, and most are pet friendly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stroudwater Trail is the perfect destination for those looking for a scenic walk along the river. It boasts a nice walkway with boardwalks traversing wet areas, three different trailheads, and benches provided at perfect scenic outlooks. Our spokespup Ollie loves this beautiful walk with spectacular foliage! At approximately 3.3 miles this trail brings you from Outer Congress St. all the way to Smiling Hill Farms.  And remember, if you wish your dog had better leash-manners, the Animal Refuge League of Greater Portland<\/a> offers various training classes throughout the year.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
